Project Manager

Qualifications:


3-5 Years Management experience
Must be able to handle multiple tasks
Must be well organized and highly motivated
Construction experience a plus

Major Duties:


Manage all install projects
• Verify all product has been received
• Work with purchaser/salesperson for additional product needs
• Prepare install binders
• Schedule job with customer
• Attend Customer planning meetings (where applicable)
• Schedule install teams
• Site visits to confirm project progress and completion
• Work with salesperson on change order requirements
• Manage returned inventory items upon completion of job
• Ensure customer sign-off
• Complete project documents to allow for invoicing
• Responsible for job budget

Implement Quality Assurance program to continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Responsible for customer satisfaction on projects

Supervisory Roll
• Supervises installers, apprentices, contractors and subcontractors

Account Manager

 RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Establishing relationships with Government, Corporate and Educational Institutions.
• Providing on-site client needs assessments and product demonstrations.
• Preparing quotes or orders for prospective clients.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and seminars.
• Assist clients with technical issues and concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:


• 1-2 years sales experience desired.
• Ability to manage a customer base and maintain a quota and a territory.
• Industry sales certifications and a college degree will be a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of Video Production, Multimedia, Audio/Visual systems highly desired.

Systems Integration - Installer
Responsibilities and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in the installation/service/troubleshooting of Professional Systems, Distributed Audio/Video, Control, Computer, Automation and CCTV systems including new construction and retrofit wiring.
· Knowledge of basic construction and framing.
· Skilled with hand and power tools.
· Solid work ethic and willingness to be part of a team that requires a high level of client interaction, cooperation, and attention to detail.
· Must be exceptionally respectful of businesses.
· Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to the various challenges on the job. Capacity to take on new or existing projects and complete on time.
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
· Industry Certification and manufacturer training a plus.

In addition to the above, the Lead Installer Position requires:

· 3+ Years industry experience.
· Strong ability to lead and organize a field crew and complete tasks according to a timeline, with minimal direct supervision.
· Excellent technical problem solving, troubleshooting, and follow up skills.
· Capability to read and understand wiring diagrams, CAD drawings and schematics.
· Experience programming Crestron, AMX and Universal Remote Controls a plus.
· Accomplished with Control and Automation Systems a plus.
· Proficient with Computers and Networking.

Candidates must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and dependable transportation.

Physical Demands:

The duties of the position require the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders. Candidate must be capable of working at heights and have good balance. It will be required to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Adverse conditions include frequent noise, dusty environments and occasional exposure to temperature extremes.

Service Technician

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years experience specific to service and installation of SD, HD and digital multimedia systems.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Properly use appropriate hand and power tools to accomplish duties.
-Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working.
-Must possess good client interface skills.
-Candidates must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and dependable transportation.

-Must have excellent trouble shooting skills and be able to make repairs quickly and efficiently
-Must be able to assess damage, estimate repair costs, and provide value opinions and solutions
-Most work will be in house, but some travel to customer jobsites will occur
-Most work will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but overtime maybe required and/or available
-Must have the ability to lift and move 50 lbs
-Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer, Visio, and have other basic computing skills, as well as a willingness to learn other technical, accounting, and scheduling software
-Must be able to read schematics and follow signal flow
-Will be expected to put together system racks for client systems
-Must have excellent soldering skills and working knowledge of electronic test equipment
-Must be able to terminate cables as well as multi cable connections
-Should be at least 21 years of age and have a current driver’s license
-Ability to work alone and as part of team
-Should have a neat, clean, professional appearance 
-Network computing skills are a plus
